Liability & Service Policy
Fresh Fold NYC is not responsible for the following under any circumstances:
- Loss, damage, or shrinkage of garments, including but not limited to normal wear and tear, color fading, or fabric deterioration.
- Items left in pockets, including money, jewelry, electronics, or personal belongings.
- Pre-existing damage, stains, weak fabrics, or manufacturer defects that may worsen during the cleaning process.
- Special care items unless clearly disclosed and approved in writing prior to service.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or third-party laundromat operations.
Please note: Customers acknowledge that all laundry services involve inherent risks. By using Fresh Fold NYC services, the customer assumes all risk associated with laundering and handling of garments.
Fresh Fold NYC\u2019s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected service, and no additional compensation will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate pickup and delivery information.
- Fresh Fold NYC is not responsible for missed pickups or deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Unclaimed or unresponsive orders after 30 days may be donated or discarded without liability.
By scheduling a pickup, drop-off, or subscription service, the customer automatically agrees to all Fresh Fold NYC policies and terms of service.
